Frequently asked questions
Everything about our service, process, pricing and rental performance — in one place.
Service details
Can I mix different furniture collections and styles?
Absolutely. Our collections are a starting point for inspiration and can be customized — combining pieces, finishes, fabrics, colors, artwork or décor. Our design team builds a cohesive proposal tailored to your space.
Does the service include delivery and installation?
Yes. Every Homiture project includes delivery, installation, assembly, styling and final setup — a true turnkey, move-in and rental-ready experience.
Is accent-wall painting included in the package price?
Yes. Most packages include painting of the selected accent walls in the approved design. Additional painting beyond that scope can be quoted separately.
Do you provide towels, linens, kitchenware and other essentials?
Yes — through the optional Host-Ready (Rental Ready) Kit, designed with rental experts: bed linens, towels, pillows and bedding, kitchenware, glassware, cutlery, small appliances and guest-ready essentials.
Do you sell electronics such as TVs and refrigerators?
Yes. Through our personal shopping and procurement service we can source and install TVs, refrigerators, washer-dryers, microwaves, coffee makers and more — all through a single point of contact.
What makes Homiture different from a traditional furniture store?
Traditional stores sell products; Homiture delivers results. We combine interior design, procurement, logistics, installation and project management into one turnkey service built for owners and investors.
Process
How long does delivery and installation take?
Most installations are completed within one day, so you can begin enjoying or renting almost immediately. Larger projects may take one to two days, fully coordinated by our team.
How long does delivery take from design approval?
Most projects are completed within 3 to 6 weeks from final design approval and the initial deposit. We share a detailed timeline before production begins.
Can I schedule delivery on the same day as my closing?
Yes. In many cases we coordinate delivery and installation for the day you receive your property — so you complete everything in a single trip. We recommend starting about three months before closing.
How far in advance should I start?
We recommend starting roughly 2–3 months before your delivery date, allowing time for design, production, procurement, logistics and installation so your unit is ready when you get the keys.
Do I need to be present during installation?
No. Many clients live abroad or in another city — Homiture is built to manage projects remotely, with progress updates throughout, so you have peace of mind wherever you are.
Pricing & packages
What are the payment terms?
Our standard structure is 60% upon approval of the design proposal and 40% prior to delivery and installation. Schedules may vary with project scope and customization.
Can I pay with a credit card?
We are enabling credit-card payments for clients in the United States. In the meantime we accept bank transfers and other methods — contact us for the current options for your country.
Can I transfer funds to a U.S. bank account?
Yes. For the convenience of international clients, Homiture can receive payments through a U.S. bank account. We share the details during onboarding.
Is there a design fee?
No. Design is included as part of your furnishing project. We develop a custom proposal based on your floor plan, goals and preferences.
Can Homiture work with a specific budget?
Yes. We offer multiple collections and customization options to fit different budgets, property types and investment goals, and will build the best solution within your range.
Investment & rental performance
Can Homiture help increase my rental income?
Yes. Every project is designed with rental performance in mind — balancing aesthetics, durability, guest appeal and functionality to help improve occupancy, guest satisfaction and revenue.
Why is professional furnishing important for vacation rentals?
Guests decide within seconds, often from photos alone. A thoughtfully furnished property makes a stronger first impression, commands higher nightly rates, attracts more bookings and earns better reviews.
Can you furnish specifically for Airbnb and short-term rentals?
Absolutely. Many of our projects are designed for Airbnb, vacation rentals and investment properties across the Riviera Maya, with furniture and layouts that maximize guest appeal and long-term performance.
What is the Host-Ready (Rental Ready) Kit?
An optional package that fully equips your property for immediate operation — linens, towels, kitchenware, glassware, cutlery, small appliances and guest-ready accessories — eliminating multiple suppliers and last-minute purchases.
