What is included in the furniture package?
All packages include, sofa, side and center tables (as needed) TV furniture and lamp for living room. Dining table and chairs (size and amount and required) for dining area. Bed base and headboard, mattress, side tables and TV furniture for Bedrooms, patio furniture. Throw and decorative pillows, lamps, framed pictures, paintings or other wall décor and carpet. The package also includes from design to set up services and painting for accent walls.
Do I need to be in Mexico for the purchase and design process?
No, most of our customers live abroad and we can easily work with them long distance this provides a great opportunity to sleep at your new apartment when you come down for the closing. We can basically setup everything for you the next day.
Do you set up? How long does it take to set up?
Yes, our services include set up and painting of accent walls. Setting up takes 2 days. One for painting and one for the rest
What is the delivery time?
It usually takes 3 to 6 weeks depending on our work load and your availability to finalize design details.
Do you sale everything I need for vacation rental?
Yes, we put together a list of items with local vacation rental companies to make sure you have all you need for an excellent review. From quality linens to toaster and coffee maker. Our products are hotel quality this means you can replace by the item no need purchase a set. These items are sold separately from the furnishing package and we provide the list free of charge to our customers in case they rather buy everything themselves.
What payment methods you have available? What is the payment process?
40% is required to start production once the project is done and the quote approved. Balance is due upon notice of delivery. We accept credit cards and also wire transfers to a US Bank account or Mexican Bank account.

What kind of materials do you use?
All our products are top quality designed to resist vacation rentals. We use tzalam wood from the region to avoid humidity damage. All our furniture is strong and sturdy. Most of our fabrics are sunbrella designed for tough love, hard to stain and easy to clean.
